Automatic Billing Setup

To ensure uninterrupted care and avoid late fees, please complete the Automatic Payment enrollment for your account. This ensures your childcare spot is secured without manual monthly payments.

Step 1: Save Payment Method
  • Log in and select "Manage Payment Options".
  • Add your Credit/Debit Card or ACH.
Step 2: Activate Auto Pay
COMPLETE ENROLLMENT FORM >> (Required to finalize setup)

Note: Saving a card in Step 1 does not automatically start payments. You must complete the form in Step 2.

Important Registration Information

  • Program Location: Please double-check the title (e.g., Robin Hood Elementary vs Stoneham Clubhouse) to ensure you are registering for the correct site.
  • Select One Track: Register each child for ONLY ONE option: M/W/F, Tu/Th, or All 5 Days. Duplicate registrations cannot be processed.
